金匮肾气丸加减联合物理疗法治疗跟骨骨质增生临床疗效观察

Observation of Efficacy of Modified Jingui Shenqi Pill in Combination with Physical Therapy on Calcaneal Bone Hyperplasia

目的:观察金匮肾气丸加减联合物理疗法治疗跟骨骨质增生的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年9月至2017年9月黄冈市中医医院收治的跟骨骨质增生患者56例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。对照组给予物理疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予金匮肾气丸加减治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈率为21.43%,对照组痊愈率为10.71%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组有效率为92.86%,对照组有效率为71.42%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后疼痛分级指数(pain rating index,PRI)、现有疼痛强度(present pain intensity,PPI)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸加减联合物理疗法治疗跟骨骨质增生疗效优于单纯物理疗法。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jingui Shenqi Pill（ JGSQP） in combination with physical therapy on calcaneal bone hyperplasia.Methods： Fifty-six cases of calcaneal hyperosteogeny treated in Huanggang City TCM Hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected,and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random digital table method,with 28 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given physical therapy,while the ones in the treatment group were additionally given JGSQP on the basis of the control group’s treatment.Results： The cure rate of the treatment group was 21.43%,while that of the control group was 10.71%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,while that of the control group was 71.42%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.After the treatment,the pain grading index（ PRI）,the present pain intensity（ PPI） score and the pain visual analogue score（ VAS） in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： The efficacy of GSQP in combination with physical therapy on calcaneal bone hyperplasia is better than that of physical therapy alone.
