呼吸功能锻炼操配合傅氏益肺健脾汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者胃肠功能及生活质量的影响

The Influence of Respiratory Function Exercise Combined with Family Fu's Yifei Jianpi Decoction on Gastrointestinal Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:观察呼吸功能锻炼操配合傅氏益肺健脾汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者胃肠功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院2014年1月至2015年6月门诊和住院诊治的COPD患者90例,所有患者均伴有胃肠功能紊乱,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。两组患者均给予西医常规对症治疗,治疗组另给予呼吸功能锻炼操配合傅氏益肺健脾汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为82.2%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、气喘、纳呆、腹胀等症状积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后肺功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:呼吸功能锻炼操配合傅氏益肺健脾汤治疗COPD患者胃肠功能紊乱有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the influence of respiratory function exercise combined with Family Fu’s Yifei Jianpi Decoction on gastrointestinal function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods： Ninety cases of COPD patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected.All patients were accompanied by gastrointestinal dysfunction.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given routine symptomatic treatment of Western medicine,the ones in the treatment group were also given respiratory exercise combined with Family Fu Yifei Jianpi Decoction（ FFYFJFD）.Results： The effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 82.2% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.The scores of the symptoms of coughing,phlegm,asthma,panning and abdominal distention in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.The quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The respiratory function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： Respiratory function exercise combined with Family Fu’s Yifei Jianpi Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on gastrointestinal function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
