补肾填精方治疗多发性硬化21例

Twenty-One Cases of Multiple Sclerosis Treated with Formula of Tonifying the Kidney and Supplementing the Essence

目的:观察补肾填精方治疗多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)的临床疗效。方法:选取柳州市中医医院2013年8月至2015年10月住院治疗的MS患者42例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组21例。对照组给予激素冲击法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予补肾填精方治疗。结果:治疗组有效率90.5%,对照组有效率61.9%,治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后EDSS评分、改良Barthel指数、SF-36评分均优于对照组(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾填精方治疗MS疗效显著,能改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Formula of Tonifying the Kidney and Supplementing the Essence on multiple sclerosis（ MS）.Methods： Forty-two MS patients hospitalized in Liuzhou TCM Hospital from August 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 21 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with hormone shock therapy,and the ones in the treatment group were treated with Formula of Tonifying the Kidney and Supplementing the Essence on the basis of the control group’s treatment.Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.5%,and that of the control group was 61.9%,the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant.The EDSS score,the improved Barthel index and the SF-36 score in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）,and all the difference were statistically significant.Conclusion： Formula of Tonifying the Kidney and Supplementing the Essence has a remarkable clinical curative effect on MS,can improve patients’ clinical symptoms and their quality of life.
