温中健脾穴位贴敷治疗脾虚型儿童腹泻临床研究

The Clinical Research into Children's Diarrhea with Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Treated with Acupoint Application for Warming Middle Energizer and Activating the Spleen

目的:观察温中健脾穴位贴敷治疗脾虚型儿童腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年5月郑州市第二中医院儿科门诊治疗的腹泻患儿72例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。对照组给予蒙脱石散及枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用温中健脾穴位贴敷治疗。结果:治疗组有效率94.44%,对照组有效率86.11%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后大便次数、饮食评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:温中健脾穴位贴敷治疗脾虚型儿童腹泻疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint application for warming middle energizer and activating the spleen on children’s diarrhea with spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods： Seventy-two children with diarrhea treated in the outpatient department of Zhengzhou Second TCM Hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given montmorillonite powder and Bacillus subtilis combined viable granules for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were additionally given acupoint application for warming middle energizer and activating the spleen on the basis of the control group.Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,and that of the control group was 86.11%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.The fecal frequency and dietary score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Acupoint application for warming middle energizer and activating the spleen has a remarkable clinical curative effect on children’s diarrhea with spleen deficiency syndrome.
