孔光一以三焦膜系理论指导治疗2型糖尿病经验总结

Kong Guangyi's Experience in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Three Burners Membrane Theory

目的:通过计算机医案数据分析,探索孔光一教授治疗2型糖尿病用药特点,整理总结名老中医诊疗经验。方法:收集整理孔光一教授治疗2型糖尿病共41份门诊病历,录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析其用药特点。结果:孔光一教授临床治疗2型糖尿病共涉及94味中药,频次≥21次的药物有16味,关键药物前6位分别为赤芍、丹参、麦冬、黄柏、黄芩、炒白术;常用药对15对,其中置信度最高的是"麦冬,赤芍",常用赤芍、丹参、麦冬、黄柏、黄芩、炒白术作为基本处方加减。结论:孔光一教授在临床治疗2型糖尿病时,体现以三焦膜系学说为指导,清热通络,气血并调的治疗特色。文献引用:黎又乐,李坤莳,刘倩,等.孔光一以三焦膜系理论指导治疗2型糖尿病经验总结[J].中医学报,2018,33(9):1656-1660.

Objective ： To explore the characteristics of Professor Kong Guangyi＇ s treatment of type 2 Diabetes by analyzing the medi- cal data of computer cases, and to summarize the experience of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of the dis- ease. Methods：A total of 41 outpatient medical records of type 2 diabetes were treated by Professor Kong Guangyi, and the charac- teristics of the medication were analyzed by the Chinese medicine inheritance platform （ V2.5 ）. Results ： In treatment of the dis- ease of 41 cases, Professor Kong Guangyi＇s clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes involves 94 Chinese medicines. There are 16 kinds of Chinese herbs that frequently used by hime,with the frequency not less than 21 times. The top 6 drugs used are Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Salvia mihiorrhiza, Ophiopogon japonieus, Phellodendron chinense, Astragalus membranaceus and Atractylodes macroceph- ala. There are 15 pairs of drugs used with the 41 cases, and Ophiopogon japonieus and Radix Paeoniae Rubra ranks the highest confidence among them. Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Ophiopogon japonieus, Phellodendron, Astragalus, and Atrac- tylodes are mostly used in the basic prescriptions. Conclusion ： The treatment characteristics of Professor Kong Guangyi in clinical treatment of type 2 Diabetes is the followings ： with the guidance of Three Burners Membrane Theory ; by clearing Heat and dredging collaterals;regulating Qi and Blood movement at the same time.
