《红楼梦》医案与明清温补学派之探究

Probe into the Medical Cases in Dream of Red Mansions and the Wenbu School of TCM in Ming and Qing Dynasties

本文对《红楼梦》中的主要医案进行搜集、整理,分析、探究其学术特点,并与明清时期中医温补学派进行比较,分析其所受中医学术流派的影响。通过研究发现《红楼梦》中医案重视脉诊,以五行阐病机、立治法、配方药,多用温补,与温补学派有高度的一致性。表明《红楼梦》作者有较高的医学素养,也折射出作者所处时代中医药发展的水平和特色。文献引用:程传浩,曹珊,许二平.《红楼梦》医案与明清温补学派之探究[J].中医学报,2018,33(9):1665-1668.

The academic characteristics of the main medical records in Dream of Red Mansions was collected, organized, analyzes and explored in this paper. By comparing them with the Wenbu School of Chinese Medicine in Ming and Qing Dynasties, the influ- ence of Chinese medicine schools on the works was analyzed. It was found that great importance was attached to pulse diagnosis in Chinese medicine cases written in Dream of Red Mansions. Besides, Five Elements theory was widely used in the illustration of pathogenesis, treatment method and prescriptions. Wenbu method was frequently used in treatment of diseases mentioned in the book and this has a high degree of consistency with the treating method called for by the TCM Wenbu school. It is also indicated that the author of Dream of Red Mansions has a high medical literacy and the development level and characteristics of Chinese medicine in the author＇s era.
