青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗骨伤术后发热45例

Modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction in the Treatment of Fever after Orthopedic Surgery for 45 Cases

目的探讨青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗骨伤术后发热45例的临床效果。方法将我院2016年2月—2017年8月收治的90例骨伤科术后发热患者,按照随机综合序贯法分组,对照组(45例)患者采用常规西医治疗,观察组(45例)患者予以青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗,对比2组治疗效果差异。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组80.0%,组间数据对比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者体温对比无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗第3天、第6天均明显下降,但是观察组改善程度更明显(P<0.05);观察退热起效时间长于对照组,60 min体温下降度数低于对照组(P<0.05),但是退热持续时间明显长于对照组,组间数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗骨伤科术后发热45例的临床效果显著,预后良好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Qinghao Biejia decoction in the treatment of fever after orthopedic surgery.Methods 90 cases of postoperative fever orthopedics patients in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were divided into groups according to the random comprehensive sequential method. The control group（ n = 45） was treated by routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group（ n = 45） was given modified Qinghao Biejia decoction. The curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 80. 0%）,and the difference between the groups was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups before treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）,and the treatment was significantly decreased on day 3 and day 6,but the improvement of the observation group was more significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The antifebrile effect time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,60 min hypothermia degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,but the antifebrile duration of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups was significantly（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The modified Qinghao Biejia decoction in the treatment of fever after orthopedic surgery has significant effect,and has good prognosis,and it is worth promoting.
