益气活血方治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水的临床研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Benefiting Qi for Activating Blood Circulation Prescription on Hepatitis B Cirrhosis Ascites

目的探讨益气活血方治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法以我院2015年5月—2017年5月收治的90例乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例),对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予益气活血方治疗,对比2组患者临床治疗效果及患者肝功能指标变化。结果治疗组临床治疗有效率为84.4%,对照组临床治疗有效率为57.8%,治疗组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.79,P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后肝功能各项指标检查均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论益气活血方治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者症状、体征,明显提高患者肝功能,安全有效具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation prescription on hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites. Methods 90 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 45） and control group（ n = 45）. The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given benefiting qi for activating blood circulation prescription on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients and changes in patients with liver function indicators was compared. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was 84. 4%,and the effective rate in the control group was 57. 8%. The treatment efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 7. 79,P 〈 0. 05）.After treatment,the indexes of liver function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and there had significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The benefiting qi for activating blood circulation prescription has significant clinical curative effect in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites,can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and obviously improve the liver function of patients. It is safe and effective for clinical application value.
