补肾活血汤治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床观察

Analysis on the Curative Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Distal Radius Fractures

目的探讨老年桡骨远端骨折患者采取补肾活血汤治疗的临床疗效。方法抽取我院收治的老年桡骨远端骨折患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分为对照组与研究组,对照组采取常规骨折复位+固定术治疗,研究组患者则加用补肾活血汤治疗,比较2组患者临床效果、骨折愈合时间,以及治疗后骨折愈合RUSS评分、腕关节PRWE评分与Gartland-Werley评分。结果研究组患者临床效果、骨折愈合时间,以及治疗后骨折愈合RUSS评分、腕关节PRWE评分与Gartland-Werley评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年桡骨远端骨折采取补肾活血汤治疗能取得显著的疗效,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of senile distal radius fractures.Methods 60 elderly patients with distal radius fractures treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into control group and study group according to a randomized double-blind method. The control group was treated with routine fracture reduction and fixation. The study group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction. The clinical effect,fracture healing time,RUSS score,PRWE score and Gartland-Werley score between the two groups was compared. Results The clinical efficacy,fracture healing time,fracture healing rate,RUSS score,wrist PRWE score,and Gartland-Werley score of the study group were better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with distal radius fractures with Bushen Huoxue decoction can achieve good curative effect,which is worthy of reference.
