中西医结合治疗慢性附件炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Annexitis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性附件炎的疗效。方法回顾2016年1月—2017年3月慢性附件炎患者140例以治疗方法分组。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组则给予中西医结合治疗。比较2组慢性附件炎控制率;治愈时间;治疗前后患者肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-6、CRP等外周血清炎性因子;治疗前后患者CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+;不良反应发生率。结果观察组慢性附件炎总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治愈时间短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前2组肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-6、CRP等外周血清炎性因子相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-6、CRP等外周血清炎性因子优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前2组CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组不良反应发生率和对照组无显著差异,P>0.05。结论中西医结合治疗慢性附件炎的应用效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,降低外周血清炎性因子,提高免疫功能,缩短治愈时间,且无严重不良反应,安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the treatment of chronic adnexitis with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and antibiotics.Methods A retrospective review of 140 patients with chronic adnexitis from January 2016 to March 2017 was conducted. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine. The control rate of chronic adnexitis in the two groups was compared. The healing time,the tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-6,CRP and other peripheral blood clear inflammatory factors before and after treatment,before and after treatment,CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋,the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of chronic adnexitis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group P 〈 0. 05. The healing time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group P 〈 0. 05. The tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-6,CRP and other peripheral blood purifying factors were similar in the two groups before treatment,P 〉 0. 05.After treatment,the tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-6,CRP and other peripheral blood clear inflammatory factors were better than the control group P 〈 0. 05. CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were similar in the two groups before treatment,and P 〉 0. 05. After treatment,CD4^＋,CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ of the observation group were superior to the control group P 〈 0. 05. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group P 〉 0. 05. Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for the treatment of chronic adnexitis has precise application effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the peripheral inflammatory factor,improve immune function,shorten the healing time,has no serious adverse reaction,and is safe,effective and worth popularization and application.
