肠蕈方联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥治疗晚期结肠癌患者的临床观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Changxun Prescription Combined with Oxaliplatin and Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules in the Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的观察肠蕈方联合替吉奥和奥沙利铂治疗晚期肠癌患者的疗效。方法选取自2015年1月—2017年1月于抚顺市中医院肿瘤科收治的晚期结肠癌患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥方案化疗,试验组30例,在对照组的基础上应用肠蕈方口服,观察2组患者的有效率和中医症候积分变化情况。结果试验组患者有效率为50.00%,对照组患者有效率为26.67%,中医症候积分试验组优于对照组,2组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠蕈方联合替吉奥和奥沙利铂治疗晚期肠癌患者具有一定疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Changxun prescription combined with Oxaliplatin and Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium capsules in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients. Methods 60 patients with advanced colon cancer admitted from January 2015 to January 2017 in the oncology department of Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by the envelope method. 30 cases in the control group were treated with Oxaliplatin and Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium capsules chemotherapy,and 30 cases in the experimental group used Changxun prescription on the basis of the control group. The effective rate of two groups of patients and the change of TCM syndrome integral were observed. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 50. 00%,the effective rate of the control group was 26. 67%,and the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was superior to the control group. The difference of the data between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Changxun prescription combined with Oxaliplatin and Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium capsules in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients is effective.
