三仁汤儿科临床应用举隅

The Clinical Application of Sanren Decoction in Pediatrics

目的总结三仁汤在儿科临证中的应用经验。方法选取多种儿科常见疾病如发热、厌食、咳嗽、滞颐、鼻渊等,辨证选用三仁汤加减治疗。结果加减应用三仁汤后,可起到退热、开胃、止咳、使流涎及脓涕消失等效果。结论三仁汤在儿科临床应用广泛,临证使用时主要参考舌诊表现,凡舌苔厚腻或黄腻者均有应用机会,并参考饮食习惯及二便情况,随症灵活加减,方可获效。

Objective To summarize the application experience of Sanren decoction in pediatrics. Method A variety of pediatric common diseases such as fever,ptyalism,cough and nasosinusitis,according to the principle of syndrome differentiation,Sanren decoction is used.Results Sanren decoction can bring down fever,whet the appetite,relieve a cough,make salivate or pus stuff disappear. Conclusion Sanren decoction is widely used in pediatric clinic. Clinical application is mainly based on tongue diagnosis. Those who have thick or greasy tongue coating have the opportunity to apply it,dietary habits and feces and urine conditions should be considered,too. It can be effective with the flexible modification according to the symptoms.
