摘要
骨转移是直肠癌终末期的常见转移方向,其强烈的疼痛对患者伤害颇大,尤其是位于四肢的骨转移往往伴有活动受限及明显包块,会严重降低患者的生存质量。骨转移作为转移性肿瘤,基本已经丧失了手术根治的机会,临床多对症给予放疗控制病灶发展或大剂量阿片类药物镇痛,患者心理满意度较低。经过作者大量临床实践,火针治疗癌痛疗效确切,尤其在于骨转移癌痛治疗上功效尤著。现收集火针治疗直肠癌骨转移癌痛验案1例,特此报道。
Bone metastasis is a common direction of metastasis in the end stage of rectal cancer,and its strong pain is very harmful to patients. In particular,bone metastases in the extremities are often accompanied by limited activity and a significant reduction in the quality of life. Bone metastasis as a metastatic tumor has basically lost the chance of radical surgery. Multiple clinical symptomatic radiotherapies are used to control the development of the lesion or the opioid analgesia with large doses. The psychological satisfaction of the patients is low.After a large number of clinical practices,the exact effect of fire needle for the treatment of cancer pain,especially in bone metastatic cancer pain treatment is more effective. Now,we collected a proved case which used fire needle to treatment bone metastases from rectal cancer.
