黄芪联合济生肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Astragalus Mongholicus Combined with Jisheng Shenqi Pill in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析讨论黄芪联合济生肾气丸加减方治疗糖尿病肾病的护理体会。方法从我院2016年6月—2017年10月收治的糖尿病肾病患者中抽取88例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例,对照组患者使用常规药物进行治疗,观察组患者使用黄芪联合济生肾气丸加减方治疗,同时观察组实施护理干预,比较分析2组患者的疗效以及血糖变化。结果观察组的疗效以及血糖变化均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论黄芪联合济生肾气丸加减方对糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果较好,同时辅以相应的护理干预可改善患者的血糖。

Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing experience of Astragalus combined with Jisheng Shenqi pill in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 88 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the number of admission. 44 patients in the control group were treated with routine drugs. 44 patients in the observation group were treated with astragalus combined with Jisheng Shenqi pill,and the observation group was given nursing intervention. The curative effect and the change of blood sugar between the two groups were compared. Results The results showed that the therapeutic effect and blood glucose change of the observation group were better than those of the control group. There was statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus combined with Jisheng Shenqi pill has a good therapeutic effect on diabetic nephropathy patients and supplemented with corresponding nursing intervention can reduce the blood sugar of patients.
