中药药浴及熏洗结合训练指导对骨折术后僵硬的预防效果探究

Study on the Preventive Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath and Fumigation Combined with Training Instruction on Postoperative Stiffness of Fracture

目的探讨中药药浴及熏洗结合训练指导对骨折术后僵硬的预防效果。方法选择我院2015年10月—2018年1月收治的手术治疗的新鲜骨折患者120例进行研究,随机分组,每组60例,对照组单独进行功能训练指导,观察组在对照组训练指导的基础上,联合使用中药药浴、熏洗进行治疗。观察和比较2组患者膝关节功能、踝关节功能、肘关节功能的恢复效果。结果与对照组对比,观察组膝关节功能的治疗优良率明显更高,P<0.05。和对照组对比,观察组术后3 d、术后2周、术后1个月的患膝屈曲度恢复更为良好,P<0.05。术日患膝屈曲度无明显差异,P>0.05。与对照组对比,观察组治疗踝关节功能的优良率明显更高,P<0.05。与对照组对比,观察组治疗肘关节功能的优良率明显更高,P<0.05。结论中药药浴及熏洗结合训练指导对骨折术后僵硬的预防效果确切,可促进关节功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath and fumigation combined with training instruction on postoperative stiffness of fracture. Methods 120 patients with fresh fracture treated in our hospital from October2015 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with functional training guidance. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath and fumigation on the basis of training instruction of the control group. The function of knee joint and ankle joint were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with the control group,the excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the observation group was obvious. Comparing with the control group,the knee flexion in the observation group was better than that in the control group on the third day,2 weeks after operation and 1 month after operation（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the flexion degree of the affected knee between the observation group and the control group on the operative day（ P 〉 0. 05）. The excellent and good rate of ankle joint function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the excellent and good rate of elbow joint function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath and fumigation combined with training guidance on postoperative stiffness of fracture is accurate. It can promote the recovery of joint function and is worth popularizing.
