摘要
目的探讨使用药品智能存取系统对调剂过程中出现用药错误,尤其是调剂错误的影响,为是否全面引入药品智能存取系统提供数据参考。方法对药品智能存取系统使用前1年与药品智能存取系统使用后1年用药错误监测系统的调剂错误记录进行统计分析,包括错误类型、错误原因、提报时间段(表征差错发生时间)、提报药师(职称、工作年限)等。结果在使用智能存取系统前1年发生的385例错误中,数量错误191例,占49.61%;品种错误108例,占28.05%;规格错误15例,占3.90%。使用后1年内发生的175例错误中,数量错误128例,占73.14%;品种错误17例,占9.71%;规格错误5例,占2.86%。结论智能存取系统的引入对调剂错误有显著改善,尤其在品种错误、剂型错误等方面,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of the use of the drug intelligent access system on the total number of drug errors and the type of medication errors in the process of dispensing,especially variety errors,and to provide reference for decision of whether to comprehensively introduce the drug intelligent access system. Methods The statistical analysis of the misuse record of the drug misuse monitoring system after one year of use of the drug intelligent storage system was carried out,including the type of error,the cause of the error,the time period of the presentation( the time of the characterization error) newspaper pharmacist( title,working years) and so on. Results In the use of intelligent access system before the occurrence of 385 cases of errors,the number of errors in 191 cases,accounting for 49. 61%; 108 varieties of errors,accounting for 28. 05%; specifications wrong 15 cases,accounting for 3. 90%. Among the 175 cases of errors occurred within one year after use,the number of errors was 128 cases( 73. 14%),17 cases were misleading,accounting for 9. 71%,and 5 cases were 2. 86%. Conclusion The introduction of drug intelligent access system has improved significantly the dispensing error,especially in the errors of variety and dosage forms and other aspects,which is worth further being expanded.
