不同年限及不同干燥方法的辽细辛中主要成分的含量测定 被引量:6

Determination of Primary Components in Asarum heterotropoides var. mandshuricum by Different Years and Different Drying Methods

摘要 目的:以辽细辛中马兜铃酸A、细辛脂素以及甲基丁香酚的含量为指标,对不同年限及不同干燥方法的辽细辛中有效成分的含量变化进行评价,确定最佳采收年限和干燥方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定二年至六年的辽细辛及微波、红外、冻干等不同干燥方法中马兜铃酸、细辛脂素和甲基丁香酚的含量。结果:在不同年限干燥品中六年生辽细辛有效成分最佳,但与5年生相差不大。而在使用冷冻干燥方法时,辽细辛的有效成分含量整体较高,其中细辛脂素为0. 661 mg·g^(-1),甲基丁香酚为1. 349 mg·g^(-1)。结论:综合考虑细辛的最佳采收年限应该为五年,干燥方法除了冷冻干燥处理比较好也可以采用50℃低温干燥方法处理。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of different years and different drying methods on the quality of the contents of Asarum heterotropoides var. mandshuricum based on the contents of aristolochic acid A, asarinin and methyleugenol. Methods: Determination of aristolochic acid A,asarinin and methyleugenol from two to six years and different drying methods such as microwave drying,infrared drying and freeze drying by HPLC. Results: In the dry products of different years,the effective component was the highest in six years old of A. heterotropoides var. mandshuricum,but it is not much different from that of five years old. However,when using the freeze-drying method,the total content of active ingredients of heterotropoides var. mandshuricum was higher overall,among which,asarinin is 0. 649 mg·g-1,and 1. 349 mg·g-1 of methyleugenol.Conclusion: The best harvest time for comprehensive consideration of heterotropoides var. mandshuricum should be five years. The drying method can be processed by using a low-temperature drying method at 50 °C in addition to the freeze-drying treatment.
