摘要 为深入了解高温温克勒(high-temperature Winkler,HTW)加压流化床煤气化过程,采用Aspen Plus构建相应模型,以氧煤比和蒸汽煤比为变量,对HTW加压流化床气化炉的气化气成分、热值、气体产率和冷煤气效率进行了模拟。模拟结果表明,随着氧煤比的增加,出口温度升高,CO含量增加,H2含量先增加然后略有减小,CO_2和CH4的含量降低,气体产率增加,气体热值下降,冷煤气效率下降。HTW加压流化床气化炉的常见运行温度为1050℃,在此工况下的氧煤比大约为0.71,而水蒸气煤比对HTW加压流化床气化炉的运行性能影响较小。模拟结果对HTW加压流化床煤气化技术的深入研究与实际设计具有指导意义。 b To have a better understanding about coal gasification process in HTW pressurized fluidized bed, the model was developed using process simulation software Aspen Plus. Gas composition, low heating value(LHV), gas yield and cold gas efficiency were simulated with the change in the oxygen/coal ratio and steam/coal ratio. The results show that with the oxygen/coal ratio increaseing, outlet temperature decreases, the yield of CO increases, H2 first increases and then decreases slightly, CO and CH4 decreases, gas yield increases, LHV decreases, cold gas efficiency decreases. The usual operating temperature of high-temperature Winkler(HTW) pressurized fluidized bed gasifier is about 1050℃, and the corresponding oxygen/coal ratio is 0.71. The steam/coal ratio less affects the operating performance of HTW pressurized fluidized bed gasifier. The result of the simulation was meaningful for the following research about coal gasification process in HTW pressurized fluidized bed and the design of the gasifier.
