细胞周期蛋白Y在肝癌细胞中的表达及其与肝癌患者临床特征的相关性 被引量：4

摘要 我国肝癌发病率在全世界范围内位居第5位，每年因肝癌死亡人数占所有癌症死因第3位，仅次于肺癌和胃癌。此外，由于肝癌发病隐匿，大多数患者在确诊时已处于晚期，肝癌已发生转移，导致肝癌的5年生存率较低，仅为30％左右。因而早期诊断具有较大的临床价值。
