甘肃省境内秦直道沿线旅游公路规划研究

Research on the Planning of Tourism Highway Network along the Qinzhidao in Gansu Province

秦直道是世界上高速公路的始祖,为抵御匈奴势力南侵而修筑,对南北政令统一、军事威慑、经济开发和文化交流,都起到了极为重要的作用,曾一度方便了关中地区与蒙古高原地带的往来。随着南方海上丝绸之路的逐步兴起,秦直道和北方丝绸之路逐渐衰落,几近荒废。现今我国"一带一路"的建设,为秦直道提供了一个很好的发展契机,本文顺应国家倡导,实地调查了甘肃省秦直道沿线区域的历史文化遗迹、红色遗迹、自然风光、路线、路基及沿线附属设施情况等,根据秦直道沿线公路网现状及庆阳市国省道路网规划(2013—2030年),结合2018年甘肃省旅游产业大会精神及《全国红色旅游公路规划(2017—2020年)》,综合制定出了"1带20联"的路网布局方案,且利用地理信息系统(GIS)、计算机三维合成等技术,绘制出了甘肃省秦直道沿线旅游资源分布图,并在此基础上制定出了甘肃省秦直道沿线区域旅游公路网规划图,这对进一步完善庆阳市秦直道沿线公路网,提升旅游业和区域社会经济实力的快速发展等都有着十分重要的意义。

Qinzhidao, the ancestor of the expressway in the world, was built to resist the invasion of the Xiongnu forces in Qin Dynasty of China. It played a significant role in the reunification of the South and the North, military deterrence, economic development and cultural exchanges. It once facilitated the exchanges and communications between Guanzhong area and Mongolia Plateau region. With the rise of the Southern Maritime Silk Road, Qinzhidao and the Northern Silk Road have gradually declined and are almost deserted. Nowadays, the construction of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ in China has provided a good opportunity for the development of Qinzhidao In accordance with the state＇s advocacy, this article investigates the historical and cultural relics, ruins of Red culture, natural scenery, routes, roadbeds and auxiliary facilities along the Qinzhidao area in Gansu Province. According to the current situation of the road network along Qinzhidao and the planning of the road network of Qingyang City （2013-2030）, combined with the spirit of the 2018 Gansu Tourism Industry Conference and the National Red Tourism Highway Planning （2017-2020） , the layout planing of the road network of ＂1 belt 20 links＂ is worked out synthetically, and the distribution map of tourism resources along Qinzhidao in Gansu Province is drawn up by using the technology of geographic information system （GIS） and computer three-dimensional synthesis. On this basis, the planning map of regional tourism road network along Qinzhidao in Gansu Province is worked out, which is of great significance for further improving the road network along the Qinzhidao in Qingyang City and improving the rapid development of tourism and regional social and economic strength.
