摘要
为分析浇注式沥青混凝土内部空隙特性,以毕都高速公路北盘江大桥钢桥面铺装工程为依托,采用工业计算机层析成像系统扫描、重构浇注式混凝土GA-10试件的内部空隙率。结果表明:GA-10试件空隙率大于2%,其内部空隙体积大部分都是小于0.5 mm3的闭口空隙和非连通孔隙,混凝土具有较好的防渗水性能,且内部空隙分布变异性显著低于常规热拌热压沥青混凝土AC-10,其中试件中部的空隙率显著高于试件平均空隙率和试件两端的空隙率,建议在GA配比设计中引入4%~5%的目标空隙率指标用于级配与最佳沥青用量等主要配比参数的确定。
In order to analyze the internal void characteristics of guss asphalt concrete, based on the steel bridge deck pavement of Beipanjiang Bridge of Bidu Expressway. the internal porosity of guss concrete GA-10 was scanned and reconstructed by industrial computerized tomography system. The results show that the porosity of GA-10 specimens is more than 2%, and most of the internal voids are closed voids and unconnected voids less than 0.5mm 3. The concrete has good resistance of water seepage and the internal void distribution variability is remarkably lower than the conventional hot-mixed hot-press asphalt concrete AC-10, in which the porosity in the middle of the test piece is significantly higher than the average porosity of the test piece and the porosity at both ends of the test piece. It is recommended to introduce 4% to 5% target porosity indicator in the GA ratio design, which is used to determine the main proportioning parameters such as gradation and optimum asphalt dosage.
