摘要
为了解决机制砂喷混凝土堵管的问题,以郑万高速铁路小三峡隧道使用水洗机制砂喷混凝土为例,基于施工现场材料、施工环境、施工进度、经济效益的要求,对水洗机制砂喷混凝土使用进行分析研究。结果表明,通过改良水洗机制砂的级配,选用合理的喷混凝土配合比,保证了该项目机制砂喷混凝土施工过程顺利进行,并在工程中获得很好的使用效果。
In order to solve the problem of blocking pipe with machine-made sand shotcrete, taking the Xiaowanxia tunnel of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway as an example, based on the requirements of construction site materials, construction environment, construction schedule and economic benefits, the application of machine-made sand shotcrete with water washing is analyzed and studied. The results show that the construction process of machine-made sand shotcrete is guaranteed to proceed smoothly and good application effect is obtained in the project by improving the gradation of washed machine-made sand and choosing reasonable mix ratio of shotcrete.
