Problems of Sponge City Construction in Chongqing and Its Improvement Strategies

为改善重庆海绵城市建设效果,通过分析、总结提出低影响开发的技术框架,并归纳出重庆地区海绵城市建设面临的问题及其相应的改善策略。研究表明,重庆海绵城市建设面临的主要问题为个别项目定位不明确、海绵体绿地景观效果欠佳、集水有效性差、路面透水性能差、土壤换填效果差等;通过遵循山地城市特性、美化海绵体绿地景观、提升集水有效性、改进道路结构和材料、改善土壤换填可进一步提升海绵城市建设效果。论文成果对后续海绵城市设计及建设有一定指导意义。

In order to improve the construction effect of Chongqing sponge city, the technical framework of low impact development is put forward, and the problems faced by sponge city construction in Chongqing and its corresponding improvement strategies are summarized. The research shows that the main problems facing the construction of Chongqing sponge city are the unclear positioning of individual projects, the poor effect of the cavernous green landscape, the poor water collection efficiency, the poor water permeability of the pavement, and the poor soil replacement effect. By following the characteristics of mountainous cities, beautifying sponge green landscape, enhancing water harvesting efficiency, improving road structure and materials, and improving soil replacement, the construction of sponge cities can be further enhanced. The results of the thesis have a certain guiding significance for the design and construction of the subsequent sponge city.
