居家式老年社区户外景观设计研究——以康宁津园为例

Research on Landscape Design in the Community for the Aged:Taking Kangning jinyuan as an Example

近年来居家式老年社区在国内迅速发展,社区的户外空间景观也受到人们的极大重视.笔者从老年人的身心状况及其对外界环境的需求出发,通过查阅文献资料与实地走访对康宁津园户外景观空间进行研究,进而对社区各造景要素的设计手法进行分析与讨论,总结其优点与问题.最后,提出对居家式老年社区户外空间在景观设计方面的策略与建议,以期为同类型规划设计提供一定的借鉴与指导,共同促进居家式老年社区的发展.

With the rapidly development of the apartment for the aged, much attention has been given to the domesticcommunity＇s landscape design. The paper analyzes the old people＇s physical and mental conditions and needs from the elderlyto the external environment through the literature consulting and field survey to study the domestic and foreign status ofelderly community＇s landscape design. Then the paper takes Kangning jinyuan as an example to discuss the different designmethods of the landscape elements. Therefore, the existed problems and shortcomings in the design have been presented. Thepaper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of community＇s outdoor space and gives some suggestions to them. Our studyhopes to provide some references and guidance for the same type of planning and design, aiming at promoting thedevelopment of the community for the aged.
