肝细胞癌伴下腔静脉癌栓患者11例手术护理

摘要 肝细胞癌伴下腔静脉癌栓（hepatocellular carcinoma with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus,HCIVCTT）是肝癌的晚期表现,以往认为手术治疗效果差,随着外科技术水平的进步,手术治疗不仅能切除原发病灶,也能有效地取除癌栓,防止其脱落造成的心衰与肺动脉栓塞。
