摘要
向家坝升船机下闸首工作闸门为下沉式平面定轮闸门,尺寸及重量很大,结构及安装工艺复杂,且门体上布置有机械设备。综述下闸首工作闸门安装技术,重点介绍了闸门运输、吊装、焊接及涂装等关键安装工艺,并分析总结了闸门安装中的难点及创新。
The lower head working gate in Xiangjiaba Ship lift is a sunken-type fixed-wheel plane gate. Due to its tremendous dimensions and weight, the complex structure, and the mechanical equipment arranged on the gate, installation of the gate is thus rather difficult. The installation technology of the lower head working gate is introduced in detail, including the gate transportation, hoisting, welding and painting. The difficulties and innovations in the gate installation are summarized, which could be useful experience for similar projects.
