摘要
水轮机转轮是把水能转换成机械能的核心部件。转轮叶片若出现裂纹缺陷,将引起机组水力不平衡,加剧振摆程度,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行。针对大岗山水电站1F机组13号叶片裂纹,分析了裂纹产生的原因,并通过处理,消除了裂纹缺陷,使机组运行正常。
The runner is the core component in hydro-turbine units to convert the water flow energy into the mechanical energy. If cracks occur in runner blades, hydraulic equilibrium of the runner will be broken, which could aggravate the unit vibration and seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the unit. In Dagangshan Hydropower Station, cracks are found on the No.13 blade in unit 1F. Reasons of the cracks are analyzed and treatment measures are proposed. After the treatment, the crack defects are eliminated and the unit can operate well.
