摘要
泰山抽水蓄能电站的混流式水泵水轮机组,由于活动导叶中轴密封结构问题,中轴密封大量漏水,虽然处理多次,但效果不佳。通过检修中研判漏水原因,对水轮机活动导叶中轴密封结构进行了改造,经运行检验效果良好。
In the Francis turbine units in Taishan Pumped Storage Power Station, serious water leakage is found in the central shaft seal of the movable guide vanes. The problem is not solved even after treatments for many times. During the maintenance, possible reasons of the leakage are analyzed. Then, the central shaft seal structure is renovated. Practice shows that the renovation is satisfactory.
