摘要 CrWMn冲料刀片在使用很短一段时间后即发生脆性断裂和刀口崩坏,使用寿命极短.为提高冲料刀片的使用寿命,对CrWMn材料进行细致的研究,通过化学成分分析、低倍组织检验、显微组织检验及对断裂刀片相关热处理工艺过程分析等方法对刀片断裂的原因进行了分析,并通过多轮小样试验,找出了比较合理的热处理工艺.通过适当降低刀片的硬度要求(降为HRC 53~55),提高韧性使刀片的综合机械性能达到了最佳.既满足了刀片的使用要求,又使其使用寿命提高了30倍左右,大大地降低了生产成本. The brittle fracture and edge collapse of CrWMn steel blanking blade occurs in a very short period of time after use, so the life is very short. The detailed study of CrWMn was can'ied out to improve the storvice life of the cutting blade. By means of chemical composition analysis, low times microstructure test, microstructure examination and the broken blade heat related processing process analysis method, the reasons of blade fracture were analyzed. Several rounds of samples are tested, and found out the ratio of more reasonable heat treatment process. By properly reducing the blade hardness requirements (HRC 53 -55 ) , so that the overall mechanical properties of the blade can achieve the best result. That can meet the requirements of the blade use, and make its storvice life increased 30 times or so, greatly reducing the production costs.
