等渗Na Cl和PEG胁迫对黑果枸杞种子萌发的影响 被引量:3

摘要 探究干旱胁迫和盐分胁迫对黑果枸杞种子萌发的影响,为黑果枸杞种子繁殖、育苗提供理论支持.以黑果枸杞种子为供试材料,设定不同梯度的等渗Na Cl和PEG溶液模拟盐分和干旱胁迫,统计种子萌发率等与萌发相关的指标.盐分胁迫和干旱胁迫对黑果枸杞种子萌发有明显的抑制作用.渗透势为-0. 24 MPa时,Na Cl处理的黑果枸杞种子萌发高峰为第5 d,比PEG处理和对照提前1 d,表明低浓度Na Cl对黑果枸杞种子萌发有促进作用.渗透势-0. 24 MPa的PEG溶液对黑果枸杞种子萌发产生抑制效应,随着渗透势加剧,黑果枸杞萌发率下降,在渗透势为-0. 74 MPa时停止萌发; Na Cl溶液对黑果枸杞种子完全抑制萌发的渗透势为-1. 48 MPa.以上结果表明黑果枸杞种子对干旱胁迫反应比较敏感,而对盐分胁迫具有一定的耐受能力. Na Cl和PEG胁迫对黑果枸杞种子萌发均有抑制效应,其中渗透胁迫的抑制效应要强于盐分胁迫的影响. To explore the eft)cts of drought stress and salt stress on seed germination of Lycium ruthenicum to provide theoretical support for seed propagation and seedling breeding. In this experiment, the seeds of Lycium ruthenicum were used to investigate the effects of different gradients of iso-osmotic NaC1 and PEG solution on seed germination rate and other indexes about germination. Salt stress and drought stress significantly inhibited the seed germination of Lycium ruthenicum when the osmotic potential was at - 0.24 MPa, the highest germination peak of NaCl-treated was at the fifth days, which was 1 day earlier than that of PEG and the control, indicating low concentration of NaCl had a promoting eft)ct on the seed germination of Lycium ruthenicum. The osmotic potential of - 0.24 MPa PEG solution had a negative eft)ct on the seed germination of Lycium ruthenicum, and the gemlination rate of Lycium ruthenicum decreased with the increasing osmotic potential of PEG solution and germination stopped at the osmotic potential of - 0.74 MPa. The osmotic potential of NaC1 solution completely inhibited seed germination was at the osmotic potential of - 1.48 MPa. Those results suggested that the seeds of Lycium ruthenicum are more sensitive to drought than salt stress and have higher tolerance to salt stress. Both NaCl and PEG stress had inhibitory effects on the seed germination of Lycium ruthenicum, and the inhibition effect of osmotic stress was stronger than that of salinity stress.
