稻秸秆基质工厂化栽培条件下7个双孢蘑菇菌株的品比试验 被引量:10

摘要 为筛选适合于稻秸秆资源丰富的中国南方地区工厂化生产栽培的双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)菌株和育种的亲本菌株,比较了AS2796、W192、W2000、8301、8302、J5、A15共7个双孢蘑菇菌株分别在稻秸秆为主要培养基质和麦秸秆为主要培养基质的条件下的出菇时间和产量等方面的性状表现。结果表明:在稻秸秆基质工厂化栽培条件下,双孢蘑菇菌株W2000、W192和J5出菇最早,A15出菇最慢;白色菌株8301产量最高,棕色菌株8302和J5产量最低; 8302、W192和AS2796菇型较好、菌盖较厚,8302和J5菇质最好。综合分析认为,白色菌株8301、W2000和W192是较为适合的栽培菌株和育种亲本。 In order to screen the cultivation varieties and breeding parental strains of Agaricus bisporus suitable for the induistrializad cuhivation in southern China, where the rice straw resource is abundant, the comparison test of 7 strains (AS2796, W192, W2000,8301,8302, J5 and A15)was carried out under the conditions of rice straw substrate and wheat straw substrate. Traits including fruiting periods, yield, etc. wee comprehensively analyzed. The results showed that strains W2000, W192 and J5 had the earliest fruiting period, while strain A15 had the latest one in the industrialized cultivation using rice straw substrate. White strains 8301 had the highest yield, while brown strain J5 had the lowest one. And strains 8302, W192 and AS2796 had the better shape with thick pileus, and the quality of strains 8302 and J5 werethe best of all. It was suggested that white strains 8301,W2000 and W192 were the quite suitable strains for cultivation and bleeding.
