摘要
近年研究发现猫须草是一种潜在的饲料添加剂,广西地区是我国猫须草主要产区之一,但缺乏关于猫须草种植和加工产业的统计信息。为了解广西地区猫须草资源饲料化利用可行性,促进猫须草资源的充分利用,采用问卷、文献调研并结合现场调研的方法,对广西地区猫须草种植、加工、饲料使用、销售情况进行调查。调查发现,猫须草种植容易,田间管理简便,病虫害少。广西地区猫须草质量稳定,单位面积产量较高,不同地区所产猫须草有效成分差异较小。但是目前猫须草消费市场有限,种植规模较小,无法满足饲料产业需求。如能开拓猫须草资源的饲料化应用,引导广西地区农民进行与禾本科植物轮作,并精细化加工,不仅可以提高农民的收益,也可促进猫须草产业的发展。
Studies in recent years showed Orthosiphon stamineus could protect laying hens from heat stress, which implied Orthosiphon stamineus could be effectively used as feed additives. Guangxi is one of the major production atlas of Orthosiphon stamiueus, though statistics regarding the growing and processing of it are far from being sufficient. In order to investigate Orthosiphon stamiueus industry in Guangxi and make sure whether Orthosiphon stamineus can be used in feed industry, we studied the plantation and processing of Orthosiphon stamineus in Guangxi. The results showed Orthosiphon stamiueus was easy to plant and convenient to manage in field. The Orthosiphon stamiueus in Guangxi had stable production, high single acre yielding with little variance among different growing areas, but the consumer market of Orthosiphon stamineus was very limited, the planting scale was far from being proportionate with the threshold demand of feed industry with the demand of feed industry. What we need is to find a new way to develop Orthos;phon stamirwus as feed resource, and train farmers to plant Orthosiphon stamiueus by rotating crops and use fine processing method for Orthosiphon stamiueus. It will not only improve farmrs' returns,but also promote Orthosiphon stamineus industry.
