摘要 应用大数据分析技术可以将采油工程中的大量数据转化为指导生产的意见。抽油机井吨液百米耗电是评价油井能耗水平高低的重要指标,对油井的能耗挖潜具有重要意义,但由于影响吨液百米耗电的因素众多,究竟何种因素是影响抽油机井吨液百米耗电的主要因素及影响程度如何并不十分明确;因此,有必要应用大数据分析技术对影响吨液百米耗电的各因素进行分析,并建立相关数学模型进行权重分析,挖掘出各种影响因素对抽油机井吨液百米耗电的规律,并结合现场生产情况,准确制定降低吨液百米耗电的措施。 Large amounts of data in daily can be turned to direct petroleum production by using the Big Data analysis. The hundred meters power consumption per ton liquid for pumping unit is an important indicator to evaluate the energy consumption of oil well. Thus, it determines the tapping potential of an oil well. However, there are many existing factors which have influence on the power consumption. At present, the main factors and their influence level have not been reported clearly and definitely. Therefore, it is necessity to use the Big Data analysis technique to explore the factors and set up relevant mathematical models to reveal the unknown rules of every factor. Then, combined with the situation of on-site production, and we will put forward suitable measures to reduce hundred the hundred meters power consumption of tons per ton liquid.
