摘要
针对老化油的物理特性,专门研制了一套调频调压智能响应脱水电源。利用这套电源进行老化油静态脱水实验,将不同的实验参数进行对比,实验中改变脱水电场强度、频率、脉冲宽度、温度等关键参数,通过多个参数排列组合反复实验,从而优选出老化油电脱设备最经济的脱水参数。智能响应脱水电源具有全量程的无极调压和无极调频,能有效解决老化油脱水难题,并能达到很好的节能效果,是工频脱水设备的理想更新换代产品。要求脱水分离后的老化油指标为油中含水率小于或等于4%;智能响应脱水电源在工频脱水装置基础上节电率大于或等于30%。
Aiming at the physical characteristics of aging crude oil, a set of intelligent dehydration power supply with frequency modulation and voltage regulation has been developed. The static dehydration test of aging crude oil was carried out by using this power supply. The key parameters such as electric field strength, frequency,pulse width and temperature were changed in the experiment. The most economical dehydration parameters of aging crude oil electrolytic dehydration equipment were optimized through repeated experiments with several experimental parameters arranged and combined.. Full experimental data show the superiority of intelligent response power supply, with full range of non-polar voltage regulation and non-polar frequency regulation, can effectively solve the problem of aging crude oil dehydration, and can achieve good energy-saving effect, is the ideal replacement of power frequency dehydration equipment. The index of aging crude oil after dehydration and separation is required: water content in the oil is less than 4%; the power saving rate of intelligent response power supply is more than 30% on the basis of power frequency dehydration device.
