摘要 油田进入特高含水开采阶段,随着抽油机井数的逐年增加,机采总能耗呈上升趋势,实现效益开发是油田继续发展的必要手段。研究抽油机井降低悬点载荷技术,达到降低机采能耗目的是油田开发中后期的一项重要课题。通过评价现阶段油田在用的抽油杆、油管和抽油泵上应用的降载技术,并利用各项降载技术优势,分别针对抽油机井生产过程中偏磨严重、载荷偏大及三元复合驱结垢等问题,给出杆柱优化组合降载技术。经现场应用表明,杆管摩擦系数降低42.8%,杆柱载荷下降明显,平均单井消耗功率降低2 kW。 The oilfield enters the stage of extra-high water cut. With the increase of the number of pumping wells year by year, the total energy consumption of machine extraction shows an upward trend. The realization of profit development is an essential means for the continued development of oil fields. Studying the technology of reducing suspended load in pumping wells to achieve the purpose of reducing the mechanical energy consumption is an important issue in the middle and late stage of oil field development. By evaluating the load-reducing technologies applied to the oil-in-place sucker rods, tubing and oil pumps currently used in the oil fields, and utilizing the advantages of various load-reducing technologies, the products are used in the production process of pumping wells with severe eccentric wear, high load, and ternary loads. For compound flooding problems, the optimized combination and load reduction technology for the poles was given and field application was carried out. The friction coefficient of the rods was reduced by 42.8%, the load on the poles decreased significantly, and the average single well power consumption was reduced by 2 kWh.
