异形薄壁壳体内腔的镗铣加工工装的研制 被引量:1

摘要 针对某一种异形薄壁壳体内腔的多种复杂结构在镗铣加工中存在的问题,结合其自身外部结构特点,设计了一种夹具工装。通过使用该工装,能够实现复杂壳体的快速找正、定位以及装夹,一次装夹下完成内腔各平台的高效加工,缩短了加工用时,提高了异形薄壁壳体的加工精度与加工效率,满足产品设计要求。 Aiming at the problems of boring and milling in the inner cavity of a special-shaped thin-walled shell, a fixtureprocess equipment was designed according to its own external structure characteristics. By using this process equipment, thecomplex shell can be quickly aligned, positioned and clamped, and the inner cavity platforms can be machined efficiently byone clamping. The machining time is shortened, the machining precision and efficiency of the special-shaped thin-walled shellare improved, and the product design requirements are met.
