基于嵌入式单片机的智能售货机系统设计

Design of Intelligent Vending Machine System Based on Embedded MCU

针对目前广泛使用的智能售货机成本造价过高的问题,利用成本低廉的51系列单片,开发了基于嵌入式单片机的智能售货机。介绍了该智能售货机硬件及软件系统的设计方法,调试运行表明,该智能售货机实现了货币识别、语音播报、液晶屏幕显示及联网支付等功能,并具有成本低廉、运行速度较快、扩展性好、功率低、允许片上flash程序存储器在线编程等优点。基于51系列单片机在智能售货机上的嵌入式系统开发与应用,对此类智能电器的设计具有推广和借鉴意义。

Aiming at the problems of that the high level DSP or ARM chips are widely used in beverage intelligent vendingmachines, which has the problem of high cost. The design in this paper involved a low cost 51 series MCU chip, and theintelligent selling machine system for selling drinks was developed. The control system with the 51 MCU that based on em-bedded system, and its software function system were both studied in detail. It has the functions of currency recognition,voice broadcast, LCD display and network payment. The development and application of the embedded system on the intelli-gent vending machine based on 51 series MCU has a good promotion and reference for the design and application of thiskind of intelligent electrical devices.
