皮革涂饰过程中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的残留分布研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用高效液相色谱技术建立了涂饰皮革和涂饰浆料中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)含量的分析检测方法。通过模拟皮革揩涂试验,考察了皮革样品涂饰后干燥温度和时间对水性聚氨酯中DMF残留分布的影响。结果表明:由水性聚氨酯引入到皮革涂饰工段的DMF有约65%残留在皮革样品中,25%-30%可能挥发到空气中;且皮革样品在保存2个月以后,仍会有20%-30%的DMF残留在皮革中。上述研究结果为皮革中DMF分析测试方法及限量标准的制订,以及DMF的环境监控提供了数据信息。 The method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was set up to determine the content of N ,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF) in the finished leather and the finishing agents, respectively. The effect of drying temperature and time on residual distribution of the DMF from waterborne polyurethane (WPU) by the simulation of padding finishing was studied. The results show that about 65% DMF remains in the finished leather samples after drying, and 25%-30% DMF may volatilize. Furthermore, there are still 20%-30% DMF in the finished leather after being stored for two months. The present results provide some useful information for the establishment of determination methods and limitation standard for leather products, as well as the environmental monitoring of DMF.
