糖尿病心血管自主神经病变检测的研究进展

Research progress on the detection of diabetic cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy

糖尿病自主神经病变是一种常见的糖尿病慢性并发症,其中合并心血管自主神经病变的患者越来越多.它与患者心血管疾病、慢性肾功能衰竭的发病率及死亡率增加密切相关,但目前在临床工作中仍然缺乏统一的诊断方法.近年来,可通过心率变异性、核素扫描、角膜共焦显微镜、泌汗功能等方法来早期检测、评估糖尿病心血管自主神经病变,从而减少患者死亡风险.

Diabetic autonomic neuropathy is a common chronic complication of diabetes,in which patients with cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy are increasing.It is closely associated with increased incidence and mortality of cardiovascular disease,chronic renal failure,but there is still no unified diagnostic methods.In recent years,early detection and evaluation of diabetic cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy can reduce the risk of death by using heart rate variability,radionuclide scanning,corneal confocal,and sweat secretion.
