整合素相关蛋白（CD47）是在体内广泛分布的跨膜蛋白,其主要配体包括信号调节蛋白-α（SIRP-α）与血小板反应蛋白（TSP）-1.近年来,CD47与其主要配体在糖、脂代谢方面的研究取得了多方面的突破,尤其是与饮食诱导的肥胖、1型糖尿病的发生以及胰岛素功能的调节都有一定的相关性.探索CD47及其配体在糖、脂代谢中的作用机制,将为治疗糖尿病及肥胖提供新思路和潜在靶点.

Integrin associated protein （CD47） is a widely distributed trans-membrane protein including two major ligands,signal regulatory protein-α （SIRP-α） and thrombospondin-1 （TSP-1）.In recent years,CD47 and the major ligands have made great breakthroughs in the study of glucose and lipid metabolism.Especially,the protein and its ligands have a certain degree of correlation with diet-induced obesity,the occurrence of type 1 diabetes,and regulation of insulin function.Investigation of the mechanisms of CD47 and its ligands in glucose and lipid metabolism will further provide potential targets and new ideas for the treatment of diabetes and obesity.
