体育文化产业投入空间聚集的省域计量研究

A Quantitative Study of Provincial Spatial Agglomeration of Sports Culture Industry Investment

以31个省区2012—2016年体育文化产业的投入值作为衡量指标,通过各省区莫兰指数值(Moran)和散点图,计量研究我国体育文化产业空间聚集特征及影响因素。结果发现:我国省域体育文化产业投入具有不平衡性,相邻区域的体育文化产业在空间上具有非常明显的集聚性、相关性和正的溢出效应,省域空间聚集高低明显且差距较为悬殊。东部地区呈现高-高聚集,而西部大部分地区呈现低-低聚集。人均可支配收入、人均消费支出、地区一般公共预算支出是影响体育文化产业投入的重要因素。因此,应采取更为有效的区域政策组合,促进体育文化资源的区域共享,强化邻近省域之间的体育文化合作和产业共建。

The investment value of sports culture industry in 31 provinces and regions from 2012 to 2016 was taken as a measure index. The authors analyzed the Moran index value and scatter diagram of each province to make the quantitative study of the spatial aggregation characteristics and influencing factors of sports culture industry in China. The results showthat： China’s provincial sports culture industry investment is unbalanced; Sports culture industry of adjacent regions has a very obvious agglomeration,relevance and positive spillover effect in the space; Different provincial spatial aggregation levels are obvious and the gap is relatively wide; The eastern region shows high-high aggregation,while most of the western regions showlow-lowaggregation; Per capita disposable income,per capita consumer spending,and general public budget expenditures in the region are important factors affecting the investment in sports culture industries. Therefore,a more effective combination of regional policies should be adopted to promote regional sharing of sports cultural resources and strengthen the sports cultural cooperation and industrial co-building among adjacent provinces.
