摘要 [目的]了解护士工作场所暴力培训过程中的问题及建议,为降低护士工作场所暴力发生率提供参考依据。[方法]通过目的抽样方法,选取20名在职临床护士进行半结构式访谈。[结果]通过对访谈资料分析,归纳出3个主题:护士工作场所暴力培训力度欠缺;护士工作场所暴力培训的内容与方式单一;护士工作场所暴力培训的参与度低。[结论]护士工作场所暴力培训仍存在较多问题,建议在今后的工作场所暴力培训中,医院管理层不仅需要加强培训的力度,更需要了解护士的需求,注重培训的方式及内容,能真正地为护士临床所用,从而降低护士工作场所暴力发生率。 Objective: To explore the problems and solving countermeasures of nurses in workplace violence trainings in order to provide references for decreasing workplace violence incidence of nurses. Methods: Guided by the phenomenological research method,we performed in depth interviews and analyzed to 20 nurses. Results: Three themes were formed: lacking of hospital violence trainings;the single way of training methods and content;low participation of nurses in trainings. Conclusion: Hospital management should not only to strengthen training for medical staff,but also to understand demands of nurses so that the skills can be used by nurses in clinical settings in order to decrease the incidence of hospital violence.
