摘要
对不同储藏时间的83份商品稻谷的脂肪酸值、发芽率及粮食新、陈实验指标进行分析与测定,研究了各储存品质指标之间的相关性,对判断稻谷新陈度有一定指导意义。
The 83 commercial paddy samples from different storage years were investigated.The storage quality such as fatty acid value,germination rate,grain fresh level were analyzed for each sample.The correlation between storage quality indexes were studied,which has an instructional significance on the stale and fresh inspection of paddy.
