摘要
应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定粮食及其制品中的微量铅,优化了酸度、硼氢化钾和基体改进剂浓度的分析条件。在优化的分析条件下,线性范围为0~100ng/mL,相关系数为0.9997,相对标准偏差为1.55%,检出限为0.342μg/L。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,可应用于粮食样品的检测。
A hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method is used for the determination of lead in grain and its products.The experimental conditions such as pH,concentrations of KHB4 and matrix modifier were optimized.Under the optimized analytical conditions,the linear range is of 0-100 ng/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9997,The relative standard deviation was 1.55%,and the detection limit was 0.342μg/L.This method is simple,rapid and sensitive,so it can be successfully used for the determination of lead in grain sample.
