摘要
通过模拟计算和模拟试验对湖南省稻谷镉污染程度不同地区的1037份样品进行了分级储藏研究,并考察了分级储藏对储藏环节稻谷镉超标率的影响。结果表明,分级储藏可将安全稻谷与镉超标稻谷有效分离,使库存稻谷镉超标率明显降低,减少粮食浪费。分级储藏方案的选择与地区镉污染程度密切相关。本研究可以指导粮食收储企业进行分级储藏,规范分级储藏方法,最大限度减少粮食的交叉污染,降低库存粮食的镉超标率,减少粮食的浪费和所带来的经济损失,同时,为镉超标粮食的进一步处置提供了基础,可以有效避免镉超标粮食流入市场。
The influence of hierarchical storage on over standard rate of rice Cd in storage link was studied by simulated calculation and experiments of 1037 rice samples in Hunan province with different Cd pollution levels.The results indicated that the hierarchical storage could separate the cadmium rice effectively,reduce the over standard rate of rice Cd in storage link as well as the food waste.The selection of hierarchical storage schemes is closely related to the degree of cadmium pollution in the area.This research could provide guide and regulation for the the hierarchical storage of cadmium rice for grain collection and storage enterprise,reduce the cross contamination and over standard rate of rice Cd in storage link,reduce food waste and economic losses.At the same time,it provides a basis for the further disposal of cadmium overpro of rice,which can effectively avoid the inflow of cadmium overproof rice to the market.
