超声提取-石墨炉原子吸收法测定稻谷中的镉 被引量:1

摘要 研究了超声提取中的不同因素对稻谷中镉的提取率的影响,并优化了提取工艺参数,结果表明试样在粗细度60目,液固比50,HNO3浓度(V/V)0.5%,超声温度60℃,超声时间5min时提取率最高。此方法测得的结果与微波消解-原子吸收法无显著性差异,适用于稻谷中镉的快速准确测定。 This paper studied the influence of different factors on ultrasonic extraction ratio of cadmium in paddy.The optimal extraction condition was defined applying with the orthogonal optimization experiment:the thickness was 60 mesh,the liquid solid ratio was 50,the HNO3 concentration(V/V)was 0.5%,the ultrasonic temperature was 60 ℃,and the ultrasonic time was 5 min.Results measured by this method were no significant difference with microwave digestion atomic absorption spectrometry.It was suitable for rapid and accurate determination of cadmium in paddy.
