基于固定式粮食扦样机的连续自动分样器的设计

DESIGN OF CONTINUES AUTOMATIC SAMPLE SPLITER BASED FIXED GRAIN SAMPLE

针对目前粮食储备库以及大中型粮食企业收购时所用的固定式粮食扦样机扦样量大造成的分样困难、劳动强度高等因素,根据我库在检验工作中遇到的问题,设计了一种基于固定式粮食扦样机的连续自动分样器,大大地节省了来粮检验环节的分样时间,减少劳动强度,确保分样准确度,同时降低了分样过程中大量的灰尘对检化验人员健康的影响。

As for the difficulty of separating samples and the high labor intensity factors caused by the fixed grain sampler that used by the grain reserve and the purchase of the large and medium grain enterprises because of the large quantity of samples at present,according to the problems that encountered in the inspection work,the author designed a continuous automatic sampler based on a fixed type grain sampler,which greatly saved the sample time of the grain inspection link,reduced the labor intensity,ensured the accuracy of sample separation,and reduced the health inspect of a large amount of dust on the testing staff.
