摘要
研究在鲁西地区高大平房仓内散装储藏稻谷过程中温度、水分含量、出糙率、整精米率、脂肪酸值、发芽率、粘度、品尝评分值的变化规律。定期对储存期间的稻谷进行品质、质量指标测定,然后采用软件对这些测定数据进行分析,分析各指标的变化规律,及其差异性以及各指标间的相关性。为降低稻谷储存损耗及延缓稻谷品质劣变提供理论支持,进一步提高企业安全储粮和仓储管理水平,从而实现科学合理储藏稻谷。
In order to study the change of quality in the bulk grain storage of Lu Xi area,storage temperature,moisture content,brown rice yeild,the whole white rice rate,fatty acid value,germination rate,viscosity,taste evaluation,etc had been studied. During this test rice quality indicators had been determined regularly,and then software was used to analyze the measured data,to get the change rule of every index and its differences and the correlation among the indexes. to provide theoretical support of quality deterioration for reducing the loss of grain storage and delay rice aging,further improve the level of enterprise safety storage and warehousing management,so as to realize scientific and rational storage of rice.
