摘要
目的探究区域折射多焦点人工晶体植入术后敏感度比较情况。方法选择本院2016年2月至2017年6月在我院因视力要求进行手术治疗的单纯性白内障患者78例作为研究对象。根据植入晶状体的不同分为SBL-3组(26例)、SN6AD1组(26例)和ZMB00组(26例)。于术后采用CSV-1000E对比敏感度仪对3组患者分别进行明光(85 cd/m2)、暗光(3 cd/m2)、明光眩光(45 Lux)、暗光眩光(28 Lux)下不同空间频率(3,6,12,18 c/d)的对比敏感度值。结果 3组患者敏感度指标中明光、明眩、暗光和暗眩等指标中,SBL-3组均显著优于ZMB00组和SN6AD1组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); ZMB00组和SN6AD1组敏感度的各个指标间差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论采用区域内折射多焦点人工晶体SBL-3植入术后的敏感度显著优于阶梯渐进衍射型多焦点人工晶状体SN6AD1和全光学面衍射型多焦点人工晶状体ZMB00植入术,该方法值得在单纯性白内障治疗中广泛应用。
Objective To compare the sensitivity of regional refraction multifocal intraocular lens implantation with other methods.Methods A total of 78 patients with simple cataract treated by visual acuity in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into SBL-3 group( 26 cases),SN6 AD1 group( 26 cases) and ZMB00 group( 26 cases) according to the different intraocular lens. The contrast sensitivity value of patients in 3 groups under clear light( 85 cd/m2),dark light( 3 cd/m2),clear and glare light( 45 Lux),dark and glare light( 28 Lux) with different spatial frequencies( 3,6,12,18 c/d) by the United States CSV-1000 E contrast sensitivity tester after surgery. Results In terms of sensitivity index as clear light,dark light,clear and glare light,and dark and glare,the SBL-3 group were better than those of ZMB00 group and SN6 AD1 group,the difference was significant( P 〈0. 05); there were no significant differences between ZMB00 group and SN6 AD1 group of each index sensitivity( P 〉0. 05). Conclusion The postoperative sensitivity of refractive multifocal intraocular lens implantation of SBL-3 is significantly better than the apodized diffractive multifocal intraocular lens implantation of SN6 AD1 and alll optical diffractive multifocal intraocular lens implantation of ZMB00,which is worthy of widely use for simple cataract.
