Path Analysis of Innovative Talents Cultivation Mechanism under the Background of "The Belt and Road"

"一带一路"倡议是党的十八大以来经济、外交理论和实践创新的重要成果,这一成果的逐步落地不仅为世界经济发展注入了强大动力,而且对我国创新型人才培养也提供了难得机遇。如何利用"一带一路"倡议这一千载难逢的历史机遇,不断完善创新型人才培养机制,本文从观念、制度、培养3个层面进行了有益的探讨。

＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative is an important achievement of economic, diplomatic theory and practical innovation since the 18th CPC National Congress. The gradual implementation of this achievement has not only injected strong impetus to world economic development, but also provided rare opportunities for the cultivation of innovative talents in China. How to make use of the rare historical opportunity of ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative to constantly improve the innovative talents training mechanism, this paper has conducted a beneficial discussion fi＇om three aspects： concept, system and training.
